Blueberry bagels
adding a little extra to your regular bagel
My friend Alex has been asking for this recipe forever now, so Alex, this ones for you xx.
I love a good bagel but this one certainly is my favourite. Simple yet delicious. The blueberries combined with the fluffy texture of a bagel and only 5 ingredients… I’m sold.

- For each ball, roll into a log
- Then connect that log so it forms a circle with the hole in the centre

- If you want extra crispy, use olive oil to slightly wash over bagels
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 18-20 minutes or until golden.
